Travelbase is Belgium’s fastest growing youth travel agency, with over 15.000 travelers in 2017. The company specializes in creating unique experiences such as a ‘Hoogtestage’.
Hoogtestage is a ski and snowboard trip for student associations, mixing winter sports with games and nightlife. Each year more that 30 student associations are joining Hoogtestage, all going to different beautiful locations in the mountains. There's a big competition of games such as the big air challenge, snow rafting, snow volleyball, archery tag and more. The student association that has the highest score at the end of the week goes home with a big trophy.
Shadows was asked to manage the entire project in Italy, including promo & sales, artist & crew management and project management.
