ION wanted to make a mark for their annual summer event. Underlining their human resources strategy, they held a remarkable teambuilding event at the beautiful scenery of Groot-Bijgaarden Castle. A pig on the spit, show cooking, a live cover band & the bright sunshine were the ingredients for a perfect day.
Shadows was asked to assist Dazzle Events in creating and realizing the event design and handling the entire event. We helped to manage the several partners involved, coordinate the invitation process, bus & shuttle services, take care of the accommodation for all the guests and, last but not least, make sure the entertainment on site was top-notch.
