Shadows participated in this edition at various locations. In the Brabanthal in Leuven multiple events were organized, such as the UCI Junior Conference, UCI Congress and the Official Gala Dinner. Shadows was responsible for the build-up and breakdown of these events and for the permanence during the events themselves.

Shadows also helped with the construction and dismantling in De Hoorn in Leuven. We were responsible for the complete decoration of the VIP boxes, all-around furnishing, decorating the in- and outside and VIP bar as well.
