Shadows supported the organisation with the preparation for this event. We outlined a durable way of working for the refreshment stations, recruited sufficient crew members to man all positions at the event, prepared their briefings, and were a sounding board for the organisation.

The days before the event, we took on part of the event production, mainly focussing on the indoor areas and festival site. On the day itself, an extensive team of event managers was responsible for coordinating the refreshment stations, all signalers along the route, the indoor zone where people could get their numbers and drop their personal belongings, and the festival site with bars and food trucks.
