The format has been licensed in 40 countries from all around the world. Players in De Mol must work together to complete various physical and mental challenges to build up a prize for the winner. One of them, however, is "De Mol", a double agent hired by the producers to sabotage the efforts of the group. The quiz at the end of each episode tests players' knowledge of De Mol, and determines by lowest score (or slowest time, in the event of a tie) who is eliminated from the game.
Shadows was asked by Play Media to coordinate a brand activation across Flanders, created to make people vote for their ‘Mol’. To do so, a freelancer with BE-license drove a De Mol branded trailer with a dito branded BMW X7, set up the trailer for the activation, coordinated the hosts and kept trailer and car in mint condition.
