Office Manager (part-time)

What we are looking for

  • A right hand to our general manager to support him with several
    administrative tasks, keep him informed about what is going on and report on
    time if there are any issues
  • You support the company operations by maintaining the administration
  • You maintain efficiency by drawing up the time schedules, organizing
    briefings and meetings
  • Handling contracts and drawing up the time schedules is nothing new for you
  • You make sure that deadlines are kept in mind

Your profile

  • You’re an enthusiastic and flexible office manager, who’s both a team-player and able to work autonomously
  • You have a natural feel for structure and the ability to handle possible
    stressful situations and deadlines
  • You’re always punctual and a natural communicator
  • You’re a problem-solver who knows how to handle responsibility
  • You have a heart for all things events
  • You speak fluent Dutch and English, and know how to get around in French
  • You have a driver’s license B and own transportation

*Our warehouse and office are in Aalter, but we often work from home or on location
as well. You’ll be working alongside our General Manager; your working location can
be flexible and is to be determined.
